The hotel is conveniently located near the town center and the beautiful lake in Zell am See. the staff was excellent and always greeted us warmly. We enjoyed our stay in a family room that had all the necessary amenities, stunning views, and lockers. the atmosphere felt very family-friendly, and our location down the hill was fantastic. the National Marine Aquarium was just 3 km away, making it an easy trip.

This place has a fantastic location, right next to the airport in Munich, the ski slopes, and a lovely town. All the staff members are polite and friendly, making your stay enjoyable. the budget double room is stylishly decorated and feels modern. 🌟.

The food was absolutely delicious and the sauna was a great way to unwind and relax. The rooms were modern and clean with plenty of space for our family. The view of the animals grazing on the hillside was so charming and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool and family spa were fantastic and provided hours of fun for all of us. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. It was also a bonus to have a dog in the hotel, which made it feel like a true family-run establishment. our stay was amazing and exceeded our expectations!

The all-inclusive package was mind-blowing! We had unlimited beer and wine, and were even able to pack our lunch for the day. The facilities, especially the spa, were jaw-droppingly complete. The food buffet was super delicious and plentiful. But the icing on the cake was the staff - they were incredibly nice and helpful, giving us great tips for skiing and exploring the area. Can't wait to come back, regardless of the season!

our honeymoon stay in zell am see was truly magical, and Der Waldhof made it even more special. From the friendly staff to the delicious food and cozy facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The wine tasting evening and ski-in/ski-out location were definite highlights. We can't wait to come back!

During my recent business trip to Zell am See, my director chose Hotel Der Waldhof for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the generously sized Wellness area of the hotel, which consisted of two spas, massage and fitness rooms, and a charming outdoor area spanning over 1,000 m². The Spa with nudity area was particularly impressive, featuring various saunas, steam baths, and infrared cabins. It provided a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of work.

For more than 300 euros a night, I expected a higher level of service at Der Waldhof.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the town and the beautiful lake. The hotel itself was nestled in the midst of stunning mountainous areas, providing a picturesque backdrop for our vacation. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always available to help us with any queries or provide valuable recommendations for skiing areas and attractions in town. The room amenities were excellent, with everything from a comfortable bed to a mini-bar and a cozy balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and pool area, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of skiing. We especially enjoyed the wine tasting evening, where we had the opportunity to taste some delicious Austrian wine. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.
